1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a return, please contact us at zikenlabs@gmail.com, providing your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
Returned products should be sent back in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit.
Unless otherwise required by law or the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.
2. Custom and Personalized Products
Atryk offers handmade products and may also create items according to specific customer requests, including customized sizes, colours, materials or other characteristics.
Where a product has been made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by applicable Italian and European consumer protection laws.
Any applicable conditions for custom orders will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at zikenlabs@gmail.com, including your order number and, where useful, photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund where applicable.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
4. Refunds
Once a return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Where applicable, standard delivery costs paid for the original order will also be refunded in accordance with consumer protection law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option are not refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
5. Exchanges
Atryk products are handmade and produced in small quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
Where a direct exchange is not possible, you may be asked to return the original product and place a new order.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page together with its revision date.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable Italian or European Union law.
